Editing CIFS networking properties
You can add or remove WINS servers and NetBIOS aliases from the CIFS session. You can also enable or disable NetBIOS over TCP.
Before you begin 
You need the following information to modify the CIFS network properties:
•
If you are adding a WINS server, you need the WINS server name or IP address.
•
If you are adding a NetBIOS alias, you need the NetBIOS alias name.
Steps 
1.
From the Home tab, double-click the appropriate storage system to display a subtree of management features.
2.
Under the selected host storage system, click Configuration > Protocols > CIFS.
3.
If the appropriate tab is not displayed, click Configuration.
4.
Click Options to display the CIFS Options dialog box.
5.
If it is not already displayed, click Networking.
6.
To add a WINS server or NetBIOS alias, enter the name in the appropriate field, click Add, then click OK.
7.
To delete a WINS server or NetBIOS alias, select the name from the appropriate list, click Delete, then click OK.
8.
To enable or disable NetBIOS over TCP, select the check box or leave it empty, respectively, then click OK.
